So everyone currently hates the current h/m at my school, with good reason of course. She has been known to pull black girl’s braids to get their attention. In my older sister’s matric year she didn’t let a girl go with another girl for the matric ball, and Idk if it was the same girl but she got in trouble her very short, because “She wanted to plant ideas in other girls heads,”. Along with many other things.
Along with being racist and homophobic, h/m also took away so many of our school’s traditions that go wayyy back, that girls look forward to. H/m has just made my high school a lot less enjoyable than it could’ve been.
So this is where d/h/m/n comes in, she is much more liked than h/m. Earlier this year it was announced that h/m would be retiring and d/h/m would be taking over as h/m. When we heard that everyone went crazy. At break everyone gathered outside her office on the quad and was cheering “d/p/m/n High!” it was amazing d/p/m/n was tearing up.
It was great. I can’t wait for next year. From what I’ve heard my school will be participating in BLM, LGBTQ+ pride events, GBV protests and more. 2021 will be a good year for my school hopefully.
Good Morning
- Exams are starting on Monday and I feel like sobbing.
- Guess its time to binge watch some movies and eat popcorn. Probably gonna rewatch Star Wars cuz why not.
